Initial Consultation

Service Description

In an initial consultation, the counselor will review informed consent, Brain Builders Counseling & Consulting intake forms and documentation, treatment goals, the counseling process, and best practice for the client. Any paperwork deemed necessary for counseling will be shared by the guardian and reviewed by the counselor during this time. During the initial consultion the guardian and/or client will discuss treatment with the counselor and scheduling.
